The famous small Saji donabe is a Japanese clay pot designed specifically for one person. It is sized for a single serving and features a uniquely designed lid that can also serve as a separate bowl for rice or side dishes.
It is the perfect size for serving 1 people.
As the lid can be used as a bowl, there is no air valve on it. You may need to partially close the lid during some cooking processes to allow steam or air to escape.
