The Yoshikawa deep fryer comes with a built-in thermometer that allows users to monitor the cooking temperature. Additionally, there is an oil tray on the lid. The lid is detachable for easy cleaning. Please note that the thermometer is not suitable for cleaning.
The premium version is made of nitrided carbon steel, which is more corrosion-resistant and rust-resistant.
